This photo series revolves around the parts of Georgia that haven't been upgraded since the Soviet times, leaving behind a bunch of haunting, purposeless places, a bunch of leftover metal constructions, and foggy fields, reminiscing the feeling of the uncertain future of a country that still remains asleep.

The train is a symbol of time, and the photos of it appear twice, at the start and the end with scenes of trains, first, it's an abandoned train that has stopped moving forward years ago and by the end, there's a train that's working again. It's about the change of generations and how youth and its spirit are the only way to turn things around. Children and grownups gathered around the railway looking up at the sun shows that youth has hope in themselves and they a r e the hope.
